Red, White, and Blue Glow Bottles
Discarded items can be fun when you create a new toy with them. This upcycled glow bottle is the perfect craft that is an entertaining way to turn trash into treasure. Encourage your child to add all the items and crack the glowstick to activate it, then invent playful ways to use it when it is finished.
Materials:
-Empty water bottle with screw top
-Red, white and blue ribbon
-Red, white and blue glitter and/or sequins
-Red, white and blue beads
-Glow sticks
Instructions:
1. Fill eater bottle partway, leaving room for remaining items
2. Begin adding materials inside the water bottle
3. Crack open the glow sticks
4. Bend in half to insert into the bottle
5. Screw top on tight
6. Turn off the lights and enjoy
